Teck intentionally turned SC from a post feasibility asset nearing production and final permits to....
Pulling us out of the permitting process (I think in 2016?), ending the EAA steps! Then pulling us out of the energy transmission line!
Then, sending us years back in advancement by reducing us to pre-economic study project, calling us just an advanced exploration asset with a resource estimate!
Elmer had to use our company money to produce a pea study when that was Teck's responsibility (to advance the studies and mine development)!
Golf is right. We definitely have a legal case on Teck! It is very obvious the delay games are intentional and not in the best interest of the SCJV....
