Clearly ES does not want to get involved. He has his face buried in Tecks nether regions and will only come out for air after all the dust settles in a few years. 

Meanwhile the company will be bankrupt and all their assets sold for peanuts to cover his salary. EE must be very pleased with his CEOs value added activities.
