I will tweak this theory for you to maximize our payout.

It would be more beneficial for Copper Fox to work along side Teck in that both partners each selling 25% to Newmont for 50% ownership in SC simultaneously. Rather the idea of Teck buying us first to then later selling to Newmont. 

This way we see exactly how Teck would value their 25% and we would match.

The way Teck operates, they buy assets/projects at a discount then sell that same thing for way more! Copper Fox is aware of this Teck strategy. So better to work together to sell 50% of the asset from a joint venture partnership sale.
