Doing the metallurgical results and revising the construction timeline was a must after that very conservative PEA, but since 2021, the LT price for copper, gold and moly makes these improvements less significant, specially these days with all the M&A activity.

Is it better to sell your 1M dollar house at the peak before the interest rates go up or sell your house 12 months later when your $15,000 bathroom is renovated and the price of the complete house went down by 20%?
