They only want the separated copper business. Teck will have to convince the class b shareholders that they will make more money with a split than letting Glencore take over everything. Glencore will sweeten the offer this week. I hope Teck gets the meta studies out soon and releases blockbuster numbers for SC to show everyone that a separate copper business has huge potential; and leads to a buyout close to YM's numbers.
