Very likely, the future Schaft Creek Operator is either Glencore, Rio Tinto, BHP, Newmont.

From various news reports, Teck and Mr. price (ceo) considering selling "Teck Metals" post separation to the highest bidder!

Teck feels other majors may want to place a bid. They are open to other opportunities! Crazy to see how this may play out and we are witnessing it all as a small side partner.

I can't confirm if this development would delay or expedite our buyout process but Teck is in a very interesting situation. This could be very entertaining story to watch unfold as a small JV partner! More should be known by month end I guess.
