16% of dcop's $1.3 million market cap is equal to less then 0.03 of a cent per share.  If you owned 300,000 shares that would mean a dividend cheque of $90.  

Sell Schaft Creek for what it is really worth and 300,000 shares would get you a dividend cheque of $600,000.
