Now, with this clause....zero costs to us (free build)! Saving us 650 million and Teck barring the full burden to fund the SC build!

Essentially Teck wants this eliminated! Their partner will be 50-50 split, sharing costs!

Its safe to say, Copper Fox will want to monetize this value of 650 million...

They will explain to Teck-

1) we can save you guys money by selling you our 25% to eliminate the full cost burden plus save you more money by splitting the overall costs with another major...

We can reduce your costs to 1.3 billion (savings of 1.3 billion) or

2) Don't pay us our asking price and you can bare the full 2.6 billion cost and we sell to a rival miner.

I think if we save them 1.3 billion by selling our 25% share....we deserve a nice payment from this....so if our 25% cost was 650 million....we should ask for half or more of this money to be included in buyout with the new npv/nav value from 2021 & 2022 programs!
