I know it has been said they are pro mining.  I met a Tahltan man yesterday who has served in various roles of leadership with the Tahltan development and BC government.  I asked him about mine development in the golden triangle and he was pretty enthusiastic about it and echoed they are pro mining (with the caveat that they only want so much, as they don't want to destroy the land). Nothing new, just wanted to confirm that claim of pro mining, but also the caveat....sure hope schaft doesn't drag feet too long and miss their spot as one of the mines!
