He also states this idea for making money for all shareholders....I assume it's the people like me who supported this company for 10-15 years that was buying stock in the 1-2 dollar range!

So the fact he wants ALL to make money, signals they are seeking a large payout! If this wasn't the case, we would have been sold years ago!

So, it seems they looking to get close to the old highs or close to it! Maybe around $2 or more based on Elmer's words! That's in line with what some of us have stated! We are likely sticking around for the 2023 work considering we still got to wait for the meta study. This report likely comes around summer :( August/September dates.
