To the retail observer its the Market Makers version of FUD.  Those single digit share trades are not legitimate trades (its a 9 cent stock!).  To Market Makers observing its a Market Maker communicating to other market participants their intentions.  I can't tell you if this is a good sign or bad sign.  I ignore it.
