I think ROFO is last resort. You start with, 'hey results were great and really added some serious clarity and increased value. Look, we're not miners and no interest in continuing on your journey. We'd like to talk about a buyout or are there any majors who would be great partners for our 25%. We know what it's worth and are looking for fair value. We know we're likely leaving a lot on the table vs when the m&a gets nuts and we'll be worth far more. We have other assets we want to develop so let's discuss a deal.  We're confident we can find a buyer so we'd prefer to get to a fair deal vs using our ROFO.  As you know there are some great terms in our agreement for a partner.'

seems easy right. I'm confident no such or similar discussions have been had unfortunately but it's time.
