drandres, given that several contributors here, including yourself, have received votes well in excess of one hundred, I'd say that there are many more who read here than contribute. Granted, some may have sold and moved on but there are probably recent buyers too (you fools, lol... really, just kidding). Knowing that Teck chose to involve themselves with this venture tells me that it's not just speculative but will happen sooner or later. I take solace in the knowledge that if I don't benefit, my kids will.
