From when Teck entered into this JV....and you had a baby born in the same year....you're baby is now 10 years old! 15% of life already gone!

Teck had zero intention to pay us the remaining 40 million in milestone payments...that's clear after 10 plus years of this joint venture. Let another major take us over so Teck bares the full consequence of the clause terms!

Elmer must be shaking his head secretly that they didn't build a timetable into these payments with concrete pay-up dates! The gentleman's handshake failed in this case.

Teck was clearly working with us for many years PRIOR TO THE JV FORMATION! Yet after a decade....they still need to validate SC....lol
