If there is another program, I don't think it'll matter to CUU as the major upgrade to value vs this year's program.

Up to a point, Teck will know that the more value they extra, the higher the price to be.

From the way it looks, Teck has tidy up their project satellite assets.  San Nicholas ->AG, Mesaba->polymet.
