Not an oversight unfortunately.  They list 100% production commonly on projects they are majority owners of.  Its still kind of a show of (potentially intended) optionality.

However, at 1:10 there are interesting comments about their intent to re-examine "...the timelines for growth options.  What is the right sequence of development for these assets based on their risk and return profiles...all part of the mix, so all part of the optimization ...all options are on the table".
