hmmmm...

Consensus is the price of oil is set to go much higher despite short tem recession concerns, so the timing of this seems off.  This seems like a "hurried" sale.... and like for exactly $1 Billion in cash?  Not $1.23 Billion or $991 Million.  Its like there was no real or in-depth negotiations, i.e. as though Teck said "Its worth more but just flip me a billion dollar bill, 'cuz I need cash now".

Can you say "No pussy-footin' around" ?
