Updating pea takes 6 months (that's what VD took).  Q's is does Teck want CUU to go through with it?

 

At what point does Teck feel like SC is their next project and they want to buy out the partner and consolidate SC? I do feel that it's better for Teck to act first vs using updated pea and rofo it.
