So they are satisfied, happy doing very little. These guys lost their drive/agressiveness/skills ect and dont want to dble, tripple asett values like Eaglehead, VD and other AZ properties. Sound like retired mentality. Where is the drive to build these assets, so complacent with good workable assets.
