When they announced the Proactive Investors contract I thought CF was finally going to work at getting our share price up to what is worth. But the price is painfully low and, as usual, our management seems content with that. Perhaps there is something coming but we have been thinking that for awhile.

Whether it is 10 cents or 26 cents there does not seem to be anything driving them. Which has to make investors pause.
