Teck surely knows how to play ball.

Saying that SC is 2033+ is a good tactic to make us "less valuable" for any 3rd party.  Who would spend full value when a project is maybe 10-15 years away?

This being said, I don't think Teck will have an issue to find the millions to take us out when the time comes. 

After, would not be surprised to see them advance Galore & SC together, with Newmont, bringing both projects to production before the end of the decade.
