I hope it's not CF's strategy to sell all assets at once, ie the entire company.

100% disagree.  These guys obviously can't sell even a fantastic project in a fantastic time.  These guys are obviously in over their heads, out of their league, and sadly oblivious to it.  Stop the insane mass destruction of wealth.  Sell the whole damm thing I say and go find something to do that you might be competent at.
