Nice summary YM,

Wasn't the PEA the "missing piece" remaining after the stealth 2019 Teck report? Didn't Elmer say that after all the optimization work the last bit was to calculate a new value of the deposit? Hence the PEA, on CUU's dime, with Teck's blessing all the way.

So CUU was waiting to see what Teck's plans were for 2022, and as you say, its largely copy/paste.
