At what point is CF obliged to tell shareholders we have an offer? Should a mining company (for example) call Elmer and say we are interested in VD and would be would like to make a serious offer. Elmer may say "sorry we are not ready to entertain any offers at this time". Is he required to inform us of any such calls? 

I would think with such a copper shortage coming up we would have mining companies calling CF.
