Re... I have had it with EE and ES too. We need some fresh blood in there. EE should take it private and buy us out.

Actually I have a new theory. The problem is EE not Elmer. I wonder if he wants too high of a asking price. Elmer has stated that everything has to be run by EE. I used to think that he was great protection against a low ball take out offer of copper fox... Now I wonder if he is the major source of not doing the ROFO. Just wondering
