Message: Teck’s dilemma & Our leverage

At this point....Teck has failed to capsulate us. Normally, it shouldn't take a major in a JV partnership this long to takeover its junior partner (9 years!)

This starvation strategy has failed by Teck. The huge benefit of having a billionaire back the funding for copper fox.

The fact is, Teck has already stated they are long on copper and it's pricing. They already stated their 5 Satellite assets are the envy of the industry and these projects are very high quality! Again that's our leverage and their dilemma in negotiations.
Teck also acknowledged their peers are looking for promising assets to buffer their future metal reserves! Another benefit to copper fox.

With surging commodity prices and a new world order to transition the global network into a renewable society has literally destroyed Teck's goal to acquire us on the cheap!
I strongly believe imo....Teck has tried a few times to buy us out....everytime the our board said "try again". Hence the last resort to conduct the JV agreement to try to bridge the gap? Teck knows they can't go hostile because EE sole decision maker and they don't want to hurt their reputation as the "partner of choice".

Elmer recently coming out stating this "fair value territory" didn't come from thin air....clearly something needed to be publicized due to Teck? IMO, maybe.
