Our 25% of that annual profit w/b US $300,000,000 per year. Apply a 15 multiple to those earnings and you get an estimated market cap value for our 25% ownership in the US $4,500,000,000 range. Discount that at 8% for ten years because we won't be getting the full payout until then and you have a new reference point for what our 25% can be worth today. Present value (8% over 10 years) of $4,5000,000 = $2,084,000,000 US or $2,630,000,000 CAD or about $4.38 CAD per CUU share (using 600M shares).
Then don't forget to add the value of the mining district potential where economies of scale would further blow up the profit numbers.
