ES likes to say each decision is up to the board, doesn’t he? But it’s a mining exploration company for goodness’ sake, and he’s the one with all the mining expertise. The others are financial and accounting types, typical board denizens. If they have so much influence on decisions to be made maybe they should be present and available to answer questions at the AGM instead of ES.
