A large factor in this deal is the age of EE & ES neither have another decade left in them to enjoy there riches. Hence a deal for SC now plus a JV that is fair and has direction with an upfront payment to us the shareholders better be in the works.As always we have no clue on a game plan and time seems to be irrelevant to them odd?
