Also keep in mind that yes, Red Chris is producing, but currently only generating a 3-4M US royalty per year for that 1% NSR.  $165M US would not even repay itself in the next 30 years at this pace.  Royal Gold is betting on expansions going forward, but currently, all this is still PFS level work with no garantee.  SC almost seems like a safer bet.
