separate from Teck, Copperfox has set up a self-paid PEA.  The PEA was necessary for the valuation of a future sale.  If it is the intention of Ernesto or Copperfox NOT to sell but to stay in the JV for years in the further development and optimization of SC, then the PEA was unnecessary and a waste of money. So I'm convinced Ernesto will sell SC but for a fair price as they say. But what's a fair price?
