To my knowledge, the cuu warrants do not trade on the stock exchange. Your warrants have no value until they are exercised so I think if you transferred them to your tfsa and at that time they had not reached their exercise value, they are part of your tfsa and do not have to be declared as a capital gain. Check with the Ministry of Revenue!!!!
