My guess (hope) is that so Teck can take out CUU from SC for a number based on the dressed down PEA. This is the missing bit from the mysterious, lost in fog, internal 2019 Teck report which we eventually we never did see.

Teck will then announce a new deal with a new partner that is dressed up with $Ms in value and potential.
