Very nice run for Noront shareholders:

From about 16.5c, receiving a 31.5c offer from Wyloo.

Then BHP offered 55c

Wyloo counter-offered 70c

BHP came with 75c

Wyloo then upped it to $1.10.

Also, it is encouraging that, while Wyloo was already a large shareholder (not majority as Teck is to SC though) holding some 37.3% of Noront shares, and still BHP was pursuing it.
