This was the 2019 report we thought we might see lol!!

A report that needed 5 Teck higher up signatures ;) and took over a year of talks/discussions to finalize and get those very high up important people to sign off...

Quite interesting! In 2020 virtual agm- a caller asked- why is the 2019 report still not finalized and what outstanding questions need clarity?

Elmer's only reply was- the economic value of the project!!! 

Almost sounded like negotiations failed or delayed? Hence the need to continue studies/programs?
