I wonder what advantage there is to put out such a conservative PEA. We are the sellers after all. Would not the true value promote more interest from buyers?

..if you are Teck, and knew at some point you might be presented a ROFO from CUU, would you go out promoting how much you thought of the project, and pay a higher price???
