Thank you! This is the exact problem and I have challenged Elmer with this. He says hiring a bank etc to sell assets is expensive. This is his excuse. The new CFO was apparently brought on to help with this but it only happens when EE is happy with the value. Who knows when that is. This could be a gift for his grand kids for all we know. Wouldn't surprise me it would make sense.
