Elmer wanted to retire years ago, but he's still there for a reason and I doubt it's for the paycheck every two weeks like some have suggested.  Frankly, 360K per year to wear 3 hats (if not more) is far from being outrageous. 

Yes, he does have a conservative approach.  Yes, he might not be the best promotor.  However, in my opinion, what we need right now is a very good geologist to extract the maximum value out of these properties and that's exactly what he's been doing sucessfully with very limited resources.
