IMO Teck would only have sign-off rights on press release wording. The SCJV says they review and approve everything said publicly about Schaft Creek. Though I can't see how they can stop Copper Fox from publishing data on a certified 43-101 report Copper Fox paid for, no doubt in protest to Teck's Jr-starvation strategy. And I can't see how Copper Fox didn't anticipate that publishing real valuation data wouldn't rattle Teck because it exposes its horrendous SC smear campaign.
I would guess the horns are locked in really tight right about now.
