Also interesting they changed AGM date from august to September (1 month longer) as if they knew the process wouldn't be completed! Now is this process the report completion or Teck deal? 

I agree with Jimmy! Could be more going on here! When I asked Cuu about meeting....they always intended to keep August date and not change the month.....but then they did??? Clearly needed more time to get something out to the public.
