The JV will need to create 10-15% more value year over year to make worth the wait.  If not, I'm sure Ernesto has better business opportunies elsewhere for his money.

That's probably an additional 400M to 600M required per year at this point.  The 2021 Program might add that of kind value depending what they included or not in PEA, but after that, I don't see what else could be done other than hoping for higher LT metal prices.
