It's just not how Teck operates. 

They prefer to partner on large projects to reduce risk. Maybe they feel their investors would react negatively?

Its their project development history. I believe Copper Fox believes this too.

We would probably get the best value if we team up with Teck to selling 25% each to a third party major!
