I was talking to a relative of mine a few weeks  ago.He has friends that are Tahltan. These people are active in politics of their council.

He suggested that there is a limit to the amount of resource extraction  they would allow in their territory. He said they have no intentions of having their lands to be peppered with mines. They are mostly wanting training and jobs for their people. That could be accomplished  with just a few companies. 

I know CF and Teck have a good relationship with the Tahltan but that also means accepting a "No". 

I am hoping that Teck"s games are over and they get moving on this.  (Did I just say that?)
