That might be it.  It may be that Quotemedia "turns off" bid/ask feeds from the bigger markets and all you see after the market close is the feeds from the smaller markets where there are few overnight standing orders from the Tomfools who play there.    But still, nobody that is "playing" over there is willing to leave a sell order overnight for less than a buck.   Its not totally insignificant.
