In my sense, 30% of the proceeds go to Liard and redistributed to Teck and Copper according to their respective shares. I dont think these proceed are based on net profit, but rather on revenues minus c1 cost, therefore a lot less risk. Therefore, a lot more valuable for Copper Fox!
