A couple of points that might be discussed.

Do we incorporate Liard dividends in the PEA or not?
Do we only incorporate our JV shares?
Should we use the same discount rate for dividends for NPV calculation?
Liard are dividends. How does that reflect in the post tax calculation?
How do we get all the numbers right to reflect true SC value for shareholders, including Liard.
