Posted on Sedar! Quite interesting. I was told August meeting this year!

IMO, reading tea leaves.....is it possible we could be sold before this meeting date and have a shareholder vote at the meeting? Do they need more time to get a deal completed? Why from august to September (1 month delay). Sounds promising!
