Re. Can anyone else explain why a report due in early Q1 is still not ready in Q3? 

I agree with your comment referring to the original date being Q1. I remember talking to Lynn around the middle of March and asked her if as far as she knew if the SC report was still on target for delivery by the end of Q1.  She said yes as far as she knew.  

I can't believe that it is 4 months later and while we know more, it still isn't fully out. I sure hope there is more going on than they can let us know.
