The Florence mine (Taseko) has won all its court challenges and diligently tested for two years. I don't see why mining friendly Arizona won't cooperate. 
If Taseko is successful ( than Excelsior) then our VD property will benefit from this de-risk event. Interestingly Excelsior's in-situ problems are geology and CF office advised me that VD has a completely difference geology and would not have CO2 problems.
