Yup!!! The "Teck/SCJV 2019 report" that took over a year to complete with discussions and talks with Teck!! Does not add up.....maybe that whole time they were negotiating buyout terms and pricing! This would make sense. This new pea is just to back up buyout value to public and shareholders?
